Just like in other states, Georgia’s major cities seem to be hubs for UFO sightings. Savannah leads the pack with 143 reported sightings within a 5-kilometer radius of its city center. Following closely behind are Marietta (138 sightings), Lawrenceville (104 sightings), Augusta (100 sightings), and Cumming (95 sightings). The concentration of sightings in urban areas could be due to a higher population density, but it could also suggest other factors at play.
